MIRA's Famous Mud Bake

do it yourself 1 hr
I do it for you 1 hr

detoxify your skin with a mud bake & mini facial. Lie on our sundeck & cake rainforest clay over your body and face. When dry, massage off with a circular motion, then take a dip in the sea. Gives lots of energy and goes excellently with the coconut hair bloom.

MIRA's Coconut Hair Bloom 1 hr

condition your hair and scalp with freshly made coconut cream. Enjoy a gentle head massage at the same time. If you have fair hair ask for calamansi to be rubbed near the scalp

MIRA's Aroma Therapy 1 hr
bring quiet to your mind. Allow your sense of smell to enjoy this ancient healing therapy. Various essence of plants (your choice of many) can transform you to far away places & with the gentle lapping of the waves only meters away you may well fall asleep during this massage.

MIRA's Exotic Heat Massage 1 hr
stimulate circulation with this deeply penetrating massage. Coconut oil mixed with ginger and just a touch of chile. It quickly relieves knotted muscles from stress. Best for evenings as it encourages romantic adventures with your partner.

Enjoy the many walks & trails that are a part of MIRAs & our fishing village

Or a climbing adventure to the top of our short Eastern Cliff-top.

Take the path to the fishing village, used by the staff; turn left just at the crest of the hill on MIRA’s boundary. Takes 20 mins to go up, 20 mins on the top, & 20 mins to come down.

Or a hiking adventure along the Jungle trail to the Southern Bay.

First go up to MIRAs western boundary hill, past the building of Mr. Ernst’s new Zen Garden, through the tall bamboos. Ignore the left-hand fork at the top of the hill, head straight down, pass the right-hand sign to our Western Pinnacles trail, continue on & down, hugging our dramatic cliff base. You will be passing high above the back of the village deep in tropical shady big trees, one almost the size of a small house. This trail goes all the way to the southernmost tip of the island. Once you reach the bay, at the very end, take a swim, enjoy the miniature caves & overhangs & appreciate the paradise that is my backyard.
Swim back! You could from here, (if you come prepared) just snorkel round the tip of the island, & back to MIRAs via the Western side with its many small caves full of little fish, small beaches full of shells & numerous colorful clams.

Or a hiking adventure to the Western Pinnacle

Follow instructions for above & fork at the Western pinnacle trail. This trail turns sharply right & westward then climbs the rocks curling southwards. The rocks are incredibly sharp, best to ask our kitchen staff for a pair of garden gloves. *There is a wonderful view from a small wooden perch built as a lookout on the north side of the pinnacle
Miniloc Island Dive Trail is located at the southeastern side of the island, approximately 40 minutes boat ride. It is a marked trail established by the University of Edinburgh, ranging between 40 & 80 feet depth, & featuring beautiful corals & schools of fish.
Jip Rocks is located at the west of Pangulasian & is about 45 minutes boat ride, coral formations at around 40 to 60 feet. A portion has been damaged by blast fishing.

Tres Marias is located at the northwest of Miniloc Island, about 45 minutes boat ride. If you are lucky you can see marine turtles and manta rays. The dive may lead you to up to 80 feet.

Entalula Island is at the north of Pangulasian Island & is about 40 minutes boat ride. Rich coral life & reef fishes at 40-60 feet.

Tapiutan Island is at the northernmost part of the paradise island & is about 45 minutes boat ride.

Destacado Rocks is located at the west of South Guntao Islanud, about 75 minutes boat ride. It is the deepest dive (90-150 feet) in Bacuit Bay & the closest to the open sea, where you can spot pelagic fish.

Dilumacad Island is located at the southwest of Cadlao Island, approximately 20 minutes boat ride. Visitors can do some cave diving at 50-80 feet.

The south tip of Pangulasian Island is 50 minutes boat ride. Rich coral life & reef fishes at 40-60 feet.
